Welcome to IPLMAZA. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IPLMAZA mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by IPLMAZA ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

  • Post content that is hateful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload viruses, malware or any harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Harass, bully or intimidate other users
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages through the platform
  • Scrape, crawl or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (memes, roast cards, captions, bingo cards, commentary reels, etc.). By posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce and distribute your content within and in connection with the Service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

5.3 Content Moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review or moderate user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we determine violates these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, logos, graphics, software and content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of IPLMAZA and is protected by intellectual property laws
  • IPLMAZA is a fan engagement platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Indian Premier League (IPL), BCCI or any IPL franchise
  • All IPL team names, logos and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service without our written consent

7. WhatsApp Group Analyzer

When using the WhatsApp Group Analyzer feature:

  • You must have the right to upload and analyze the chat data you submit
  • You must have appropriate consent from group members before analyzing shared conversations
  • We process the data solely for generating the analysis report and do not retain the raw chat data
  • We are not responsible for any disputes arising from the use of this feature

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IPLMAZA AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless IPLMAZA and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
