How to request deletion of your account and personal data from IPLMAZA.

At IPLMAZA, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data using any of the following methods:

Option A: From the App

  1. Open the IPLMAZA app on your device.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm your request. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.

Option B: Via Email

Send an email to sales@xigmapro.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your IPLMAZA account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your account profile (name, email, avatar, favourite team)
  • Your generated content (memes, roasts, reels)
  • Your votes, comments, and likes
  • Your poll responses and fan streaks
  • Your WhatsApp group analysis history (if any)
  • Your points and leaderboard data

3. What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics purposes, where it can no longer be linked to your identity. We may also retain data as required by applicable laws or legal obligations.

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests made through the app are processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

5. Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
  • If you wish to use IPLMAZA again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
  • Content you shared publicly (e.g., shared via WhatsApp or social media) that was saved by other users cannot be removed from their devices.
